Ways to Support Students
Establish a Scholarship or Make a Scholarship Gift: Scholarships open the door for many students who may have otherwise been unable to enroll in college.
- Scholarship founders may establish the scholarship name and criteria for award. Scholarships can be established with a one-time gift, through a scheduled annual contribution, or with a gift of $10,000 or greater to form an endowed scholarship fund. Endowed scholarships create a perpetual scholarship Fund at KVCC, ensuring support for students now and in the future.
- Scholarship contributions may be made to any existing scholarship fund to expand opportunities for student awards. Scholarships make a difference in ensuring that students have access to education and persist in their studies.
Enhance Program Capacity, Quality, and Innovation: KVCC offers more than 30 degree and certificate programs. Please call the Foundation Office to discuss opportunities for in-kind contributions, programmatic grants, and gifts made to a specific academic or department program or initiative.
Support the Foundation’s Annual Fund: The Foundation’s Planning Committee establishes yearly goals and student support priorities. Unrestricted contributions will be used to provide student support services and resources that are most needed at the time of the gift.
Planned Giving: Planned giving offers numerous benefits to students and donors. Contributions may be tailored to meet specific long term interests. Bequeathed gifts ensure that students will be supported in the future without affecting current donor assets. Click for more information regarding Planned Giving Options.
