October 22, 23, 29 and 30th from 5:30-8:30 each night
This is a 12 hour, women’s only, basic self-defense course that will give you the tools you will need to help make you more aware of your surroundings, more alert to the dangers out there and the physical techniques to help defend yourself in the event of an attack. The first night is the classroom portion, nights 2 and 3 teach the physical techniques and the 4th night is where you get to put your skills to the test with the hands-on scenarios with one of two aggressors. The cost of this event is only $35 and includes a lifetime membership. Which means you will be able to return to any class, anytime, anywhere for FREE and includes a 60+ page manual.
