• This course is delivered online, through a flexible model. There are no specific scheduled meetings, but the instructor monitors your progress daily, is available via Zoom for individualized support, and will gladly meet with you in person by appointment.

Traumatic experiences are widespread among the personal experiences of individuals with mental illness.  Persons who work in the mental health field can also have traumatic personal experiences as part of their own history.  This course provides continuing education for currently licensed MHRT/Cs regarding the pervasive nature of trauma in the field.  We will explore understanding how the impact of trauma shapes the way we interact with our clients and co-workers.
