Performing for the Pets Talent Show

KVCC welcomes the community to show us your talent!
The talent show will be on the Fairfield Campus in Lunder Hall.
March 8th, 2024
Doors open at 4:30p and Performances begin at 5:00p
Entrance fee is $1 per person or FREE if you bring an item to donate to the
Humane Society Pet Food & Supply Drive
Featured Host is Dr. Mark Kavanaugh
Event sponsored by the KVCC PTA Club

Comfort food and beverages can be purchased at the event
and will be made by the KVCC Culinary Club

The KVCC Business Club will be selling/drawing their Lucky 7 Basket Raffles this evening. You can see these Lucky 7 Baskets by clicking here (link not active yet).

Talent Show Parameters

The show is open to any ages.
· Talents may include (but not limited to) singing, dancing, instrumental music, skits, magic, comedy, martial arts, juggling, NO LIP-SYNCHING.
· Everyone must return a completed and signed Talent Show Participation Form
· Recommended length is 3-4 minutes; acts must be no more than 10 minutes.
· Absolutely no profanity or insensitive subject matter will be permitted.
· Costumes must be appropriate for all age groups. This s a community event.
· Acts are responsible for their own props and costumes. NO pyrotechnics, open flames, water, or any other dangerous additions.
· All performances will be screened for appropriateness by the Talent Show Committee.
• Microphone(s) will be provided. Acts must provide their own recorded music, instruments props, etc., if needed. Recorded music MUST be on a USB flash drive in acceptable format (i.e. MP3 or WAV file). Music will be reviewed. If you act requires recorded accompanying music, the music must be: Provided to the Talent Show Committee at least 1 week prior to the event.
· There will be prizes given for 1st, 2nd and 3rd places.

Performers understand that by submitting a Talent Show Registration Form that pictures will be taken of them.
