KVCC Celebrates National Trails Day

Join KVCC at the trail entrance on the Fairfield campus adjacent to the Carter Hall parking area.

June 3rd, 2023 from 10a-Noon

The Kennebec-Messalonskee Trail System is celebrating its 20th year!  We invite you to hike the KVCC trail loop for the first hour and then visit the festivities including an ice cream truck at Cattail Trail to learn more about the Trails Passport that is a summer-long event from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Directions to Cattail Trail

Industrial Road is located across from Dow’s Market on Western Ave. in Fairfield. Turn left after the Fire Training Facility and proceed to Fish Pond by turning to the left at the soccer fields. Cattail Trail is located to the right of Fish Pond.  Cattail Trail is located adjacent to the PAL fields and Lawrence High School track.
