This forensic phlebotomy refresher course is intended for law enforcement officers who have previously completed the full training course.

• Bring your Forensic Phlebotomy Draw Log for the past two years to the Refresher course. As a reminder, it is a requirement that you do 12 successful draws per calendar year for your certification. Please submit all Draw Reports to LeptReports.MDPS@maine.gov if you have not already done so. Be prepared to review and discuss draw reports in person.
