KVCC welcomes all current and incoming students who need assistance completing their FAFSA. We are hosting an event with advisors to help you through this process. Join us! Students can drop-in anytime on April 19th from 12p-3p in the Lower Campus Center, King Hall, on the Fairfield campus.
Filling out the RSVP form below helps us to have enough staff ready to help you.
Participants are encouraged to celebrate completing the FAFSA by enjoying some cake–and the cake at this event will be delicious!
All students who join us will be signed up for an opportunity to win 1 of four $25 Irving gift cards.

For students that will attend the FAFSA is a piece of cake session, students will need the following information:
You’ll need the following to complete a 2023-24 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA®) form:
- Your Social Security number
- Your Alien Registration number (if you’re not a U.S. citizen)
- Your federal income tax returns, W-2s, and other records of money earned for 2021 (Note: You may be able to transfer your federal tax return information into your FAFSA form using the IRS Data Retrieval Tool)
- Bank statements and records of investments (if applicable)
- Records of untaxed income (if applicable)
- An FSA IDto sign electronically. Clicking this link will help you set up this FSA ID in advance.
If you are a dependent student, then you’ll also need most of the above information for your parent(s).
