Learn how to build a healthy, high-performing, low-cost home – rapidly. * This is a theoretical class (not hands-on learning).*

Cost: $500
Class Capacity: 20 trainees
Days: This class meets every Tuesday from 6pm-8pm.
Included Materials: Building plans for modern single story 3-bedroom, 2 bath home, course book providing logic, construction details, material choices and third-party performance verification.

This training is eligible for the Harold Alfond Center for the Advancement of Maine’s Workforce Grant:
50% of course cost, up to $1200, available for eligible workers; organizations must join the Maine Workforce Development Compact to be eligible for funds.
