This Early Childhood Education training provides a comprehensive overview of child behavior and the need for classroom management. Students analyze past and current definitions of child behavior and classroom management as it relates to societal and individual beliefs and practices. Students will also study the history of our educational attempts at classroom management and effectiveness. Through research, students will discover effective methods and strategies for classroom management. Participants in the course are required to have their HS Diploma, GED, or HiSET.

• Class Capacity: 8-18 trainees
• In addition to the independent online work, his course meets via Zoom for 3-hour sessions from 5pm-8pm. Attending these sessions is required.
