Kennebec Valley Community College offers real time student information to its students. Student Access System allows students to retrieve real time from the college’s student information system. Students can gain access to information on who their advisor is, look at their semester schedule, receive end-of-semester grade reports, unofficial transcripts, and change their contact information.

Accessing Student Access System is fast an easy. Once setup, the student controls their own PIN/password for life. All a student needs to setup a Student Access System account is their name and Social Security Number. Once all the information is enter and validated against the college student information system the system will prompt the student to create a PIN/password. The student can change this PIN/password at anytime and also can retrieve their lost PIN/password at anytime.
