Tutoring Services

To receive tutoring or to become a tutor at Kennebec Valley Community College, go to the Student Access System, click the Tutoring link and follow the prompts.

If there is a session for the class you want, simply click on it, and attend. If not, continue with the process and let the Marden Center know your tutoring needs.
 

Research Mentors – Each semester, several Marden Center tutors receive extra training by Lunder Library staff in order to become Research Mentors and work with KVCC students on research projects. A sign-up sheet is in Lunder Library
 

Farnham Writer’s Center at Colby College –

Who: Trained peer tutors, representing seventeen disciplines are qualified to work in any subject area, at any stage in the writing process.

When: M-Th, 10:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m. 7:00 p.m.- 11:00 p.m.
Friday, 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Sunday, 7:00 p.m.—11:00 p.m.

Where: Colby College Miller Library building, 009C (one Level below the main entrance)
