Monitor Responsibilities
The lab monitor has very distinct responsibilities including the following:
• Cleaning of all computer labs (keyboards, monitors, mice, tables)
• Handling login problems
• Handling printing problems
• MINOR questions about software
• Enforcing computer policies


The lab monitor is available to everyone. In order to make this possible, students will be asked to refer questions that involve in-depth, one-on-one instruction to the Mickey Marden Center for Student Success in King Hall or Linda Clutterbuck. Remember that most software packages come with extensive, and in most cases interactive, help files.
