Welding I
This is an entry level course for the welding technologies series.  Students will be exposed to: oxy-acetylene safety, cutting, burning, and brazing.  Basic metallurgical principles will be discussed and applied as students learn to arc weld mild steel with 6011 and 7018 electrodes.  Basic MIG welding will be discussed and applied in this course.
