This course is one of the most versatile and powerful accounting programs for small businesses on the market today.  This course will teach students how to set up a QuickBooks company; enter account opening balances; create and customize company lists; set up inventory; invoice for services; process customer payments; work with bank accounts; enter and pay bills.  Advanced topics such as toolbar customization, report writer, setting company and individual preferences, exporting data to Microsoft Excel and use of a host of business reports will be explored.  The student will also be required to do a business simulation practice set for reinforcement of concepts learned.
