Add/Drop forms are available from numerous offices including:
Academic Advisor, Academic Affairs Office and the Advising and Career Center.
FOR MATRICULATED STUDENTS (enrolled in a degree, diploma or
certificate program)
TO ADD A COURSE:
- Discuss your plans with your Academic Advisor, complete the Add/Drop form, obtain his/her signature and date on the form.
- Submit the completed and dated Add/Drop form to the Academic Affairs Office.
TO DROP A COURSE:
- Discuss your plans with your Academic Advisor, complete the Add/Drop form, obtain his/her signature and date on the form.
- Submit the completed and dated Add/Drop form to the Academic Affairs Office as soon as possible.
FOR NON-MATRICULATED STUDENTS (not enrolled in a degree, diploma
or certificate program)
TO ADD A COURSE:
- Discuss your plans with a counselor in the Advising Center and complete the appropriate Add/Drop form as previously mentioned.
