Intensive academic advising and student participation are integral parts of the TRiO Project. This involves having a commitment to your own academic success and a working relationship with the members of the TRiO team. As a Team, we will work with you to develop the skills and strategies necessary to be a successful KVCC student. As a TRiO participant our expectations are that you will:

   - be an active learner by accessing TRiO Project services
   - maintain a GPA of 2.0 or higher
   - meet with a member of the TRiO team:

        · two or more times each semester
        · before you add or drop any course(s)
        · if you receive an academic warning in any of your courses
        · if you plan to change your program of study
        · prior to registering for classes each semester
        · if you need to withdraw or take a leave of absence from KVCC
