Deadlines

Filing DEADLINES

Students can fill out a FAFSA for the following school year anytime after midnight on January 1st of the preceding year.

Free application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) must be received by the Federal Processing Center by:

March 1 - (Preceding fall term) for BEST OFFERS from all financial aid programs

May 1 - (Preceding fall term) for Maine State Grant Program (MSGP)

April 15 - (Following fall term) for Federal Pell Grants, Supplemental Grants, Work Study and Stafford Student Loans.  FAFSA's may be processed through this date.
