Some degree programs require a three-credit Technical elective course. This class can be a technical or trade related course in the students major or from a related department.  

Example:  Precision Machining student may want to look at an additional CAD course.    Industrial Maintenance students may want to take another electrical course.

Purpose: These are courses the student can choose that will benefit them in pursuing their personal career goals.
