CRITERIA FOR GRADUATION

    Students must complete 70 credits in the Occupational Therapy Assistant program, achieve a minimum grade of "C' in all core courses(*), and attain a final GPA of 2.0 or higher. 

PREREQUISITE(S):   ____Biology Lab (for OTA class 2006 within 5 years) ____high school or college math course ____Computer Literacy

 ____ 2 job shadow observation forms or 3 months documented work experience in an OT department

 ____ Information Session with OTA faculty ____ 250 word personal statement
