Maine’s Community Colleges and public Universities are now offering a seamless
pathway to a baccalaureate degree. Earn your Associate in Arts in Liberal
Studies at one of Maine’s seven Community Colleges, and you will receive
guaranteed admission and a smooth transfer to any University in the University
of Maine System.
A minimum GPA of 2.0 is required for guaranteed admission (2.5 at
UMaine). The University of Maine at Farmington is subject to an enrollment cap.
