KVCC Culinary Arts and Sustainable Agriculture Program Information Session December 11!

Fairfield, ME – The Associate in Applied Science degree programs in Culinary Arts and Sustainable Agriculture at Kennebec Valley Community College (KVCC) will hold a public information session for prospective students on December 11.

The event is open to the public and will begin at 6 p.m. in the Lower Campus Center of King Hall, located at 92 Western Avenue at KVCC’s Fairfield campus. Refreshments will be provided.

Come meet current students and faculty, hear presentations on culinary arts and sustainable agriculture, and get answers to your questions about these exciting new programs.

If you love to cook with farm-fresh ingredients and are looking for a career in culinary arts, or if you’ve always wanted a job growing food and working with your hands and are interested in sustainable agriculture, one of these programs may be for you.

Both programs are now accepting students for the spring 2014 semester and there is still time to apply!

The semester begins January 6 and ends May 10.

Additional information on this session and on each program is posted on the KVCC web site at:
